PRODUCT CHANGE-DecoArt has revised Candle Painting Medium. It will now be called Paint Adhesion Medium. This medium may be substitued for use in all projects that call for Candle Painting Medium. The new medium is a much improved product and will work well for acrylic adhesion on a number of different surfaces.
